Eligibility Criteria:

1. Applicant Identity:

   • Mr. & Teen Mr. Categories: Applicants must be born males and citizens or legal residents of India.
   • Miss, Mrs. & Teen Miss Categories: Applicants must be born females and citizens or legal residents of India.
   • Mrs. Category: Applicants must be married to a born male. Divorced, widowed, and married women (with or without children) are eligible.

2. Age Requirements:

   • Teen Mr. & Miss: 13-16 years.
   • • Miss: 17-28 years.
   • Mrs.: 19-60 years.
     
   • • Mr. : 17-45 years.

3. Health: All applicants must be in good health to participate.

Conduct and Obligations:

4. Photography and Representation:

   • Contestants must never have, nor will they during their reign, pose for any photography, video, or film associated with nudity or pornography. Any form of employment involving partial or complete nudity is prohibited.

5. Participation and Conduct:

   • Contestants are expected to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the event as per the given schedule.
   • Misconduct, negative innuendos, or misrepresentation of oneself or others will lead to immediate disqualification.

6. Title and Reign:

   • If selected as a titleholder, the contestant will hold the title until a successor is appointed. During this time, the titleholder agrees to prioritize their pageant-related duties and refrain from promoting or participating in any other pageant system.
   • The titleholder will require approval from Fashion Affinity for all public appearances. Crowns and sashes remain the property of Fashion Affinity and must be returned if the contestant defaults on their contract.

Financial Responsibilities:

7. Fees and Expenses:

   • All participants are responsible for their own fees, including those for regional, national, and international rounds (travel & stay). Reservation and accommodation at the host venue during the event are mandatory.
   • All fees, including entry fees, advertising fees, application fees, and any other associated costs, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

8. Refund Policy:

   • Under no circumstances will any fees be refunded. This policy applies to contestants, sponsors, family members, and advertisers alike.

Legal and Organizational Rights:

9. Authority of the Organizers:

   • The organizers hold the right to change the finale date and venue at their discretion. All decisions made by the judges and organizers are final and binding.
   • The organizers are not responsible for any delays, non-receipt of applications, or physical injuries that occur during the event. Participation is at the contestant's own risk.

10. Contract and Management:

    • The professional affairs of any winner or subtitle holder will be managed exclusively by Fashion Affinity during their reign. No endorsements, appearances, or engagements are allowed without the express written permission of Fashion Affinity.
    • Contestants must ensure that they are not under any conflicting contract during their participation in the pageant.

11. Privacy and Disclosure:

    • Fashion Affinity reserves the right to disclose any information provided by the contestant for any purpose.

Miscellaneous:

12. Dispute Resolution:

    • Any disputes arising from participation in the event will be under the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

13. Acknowledgment:

• By participating, applicants agree to all terms and conditions laid out by Fashion Affinity. Incorrect information will result in disqualification at any stage.
